I keep hearing conflicting information. I struggle with staying on line and my coach thinks it happens when I pull back 35 min Case Study After a very long hiatus, around 12 years, I got back into curling. Now when I throw rocks by the end of a few days it feels like I’m tearing my abductor and I also get knee pain at the joint like my muscle is failing and pulling on my knee but also I lose my stability in my slide. For the first time in my life I am fish tailing on an out turn! I have been working on lengthening my abductors so I can get low in my slide again but I still start to get unstable and it’s like my sliding foot goes too far under or I’m unsure! I also had a physio help me with exercises to build my knee, leg and hip strength but I still have the same problem after training and throwing rocks. Key resources mentioned:
