No cookie cutters. My approach is to research and prescribe exercises and athletic programming that is actually tailored to your specific needs and goals. I am passionate about improving movement efficiency, and about having fun while we put in the work!

We start with a health and injury history, then you send me videos of your delivery, sweeping and game play, a pre-session assessment video and answer a quick questionnaire to make sure you get the most out of your session. Each session provides you with the education and exercises to help you get back in action as fast as possible, and make sure you stay there.
