For curlers, by a curler
Traditional yoga is not often appropriate, or properly utilized by athletes seeking to improve their flexibility, and ability to relax & recover. Yoga for Curlers recognizes that a yoga practice, or elements of yoga can be a beneficial add to any athletes full-season program.
For those looking to get lower in their slide without risking injury, for balance in their delivery so they can hit the broom & control their weight, for improving your core & upper body strength so that you can be a better brusher, and learn how to manage your nervous system, emotions and breath in life & competition.
We teach from the lens of a Kinesiologist and strength coach, so that your yoga practice builds mobility from a place of stability, educates the athlete about movement efficiency and power production, and provides an opportunity to practice relaxation strategies and breathwork into the athletes season-plan.
Yoga for Curling is the perfect complement to any high performance program. If you’re ready to manage your mind and body and prepare it for training and games, make sure to email me for a complimentary 15 minute call to make sure Yoga for Curling is right for you.
Whether you join the weekly EPVIP Recovery class, create your own individual or team session, or purchase the Yoga for Curlers recording.

Movement Assessment & Rehab
Movement is Medicine
Active rehab sessions to get you back in action & stronger than before
Your knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain, or hip click is not normal.
Pain is common. But pain is also a request for change.
Why spend valuable time during your training, practices and games worrying about your wrist, ankle or neck, when you can access a movement therapist virtually today to help you feel better, move better, and keep your focus on making shots and being the best teammate.
Movement assessments, rehab programs and performance audits can be utilized during any part of the season. Why do I love virtual rehab so much? We can gather so much more information:
We start with a health and injury history, then you send me videos of your delivery, sweeping and game play, a pre-session assessment video and answer a quick questionnaire to make sure you get the most out of your session. Each session provides you with the education and exercises to help you get back in action as fast as possible, and make sure you stay there.
Ready to feel empowered around your injury, so that your energy can be better focused on your training and the game at hand? Let’s set up a quick and free call to talk about if and how I might be able to help you.

Curling Full-Season Training Options
Curling Specific Training, Conditioning & Technique Work. For curlers, by a curler.
Are you preparing for performance, or failing to prepare?
Every sport has different demands, and each phase of your season requires different perspectives and strategies.
When you have specific goals, you will require a specific plan.
There is a major difference between general physical activity (which is still great) and focused training. Focused training employs structured goal setting, regular assessments, and a periodized plan of action specific to each individual circumstance.
High performance athletes have a lot on their plates between work & school, family & social life, training & competing. No matter what sport you play, having someone in your corner with a background in performance preparation can lift the stress from preparing appropriately for your season.
